CasaLasGarzas

Fabulous new house built with the highest quality materials located on a corner lot in Villa de Los Frailes, the largest residential neighborhood in the outskirts of San Miguel de Allende, but now close to all kinds of shopping and a ten minute drive to the center of town. This house was built for a large family and also planned as a rental business for parties or events. The large garden has mature trees and several fountains. The main house has a master bedroom with en-suite bathroom plus a guest bedroom with its own bathroom. There are several rooms that could be used for several purposes, like a TV room, a game room, or extra bedrooms. There is also an office, a guest bathroom, and a chapel. There is a separate bedroom with en-suite bathroom, plus a guest bathroom for guests when having a big party. There are several terraces throughout the house and a rooftop terrace with spectacular views of the lake and the sunsets. Fabulous details throughout the house and plenty of space to expand and build a pool. There is a garage and also a separate parking space. This home was built to accommodate disabled people, and was planned with the space for an elevator for three floors. A very unique home that will surprise you.
